Meet Dr. Talisa Sullivan
Dr. Talisa Sullivan, the visionary behind Transformational Leadership Consulting Services (TLCS), is an Equity Alchemist and globally recognized Servant Leader. Since founding TLCS in 2017, Dr. Sullivan has innovated transformative solutions for equity-centered leadership, most notably as the creator of the Quantum 10 (Q10) Integrated Framework and organizer of the Q10 Educational International Conference.
A Legacy of Leadership
Dr. Sullivan brings over 25 years of proven expertise in education, bolstered by her academic journey:
- Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Teaching Credential – California State University, Dominguez Hills
- Master of Arts in Educational Administration – California State University, San Bernardino
- Ph.D. in Education (Urban Leadership) – Claremont Graduate University
Throughout her career, Dr. Sullivan has served as an educator and instructional leader in multiple districts across Southern California, spanning San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. Her collaboration-driven approach and ability to build exceptional relationships with staff, students, families, and communities have made her an influential force for change in PK-20 environments.
Extensive Leadership in Higher Education
In addition to her leadership in K-12 education, Dr. Sullivan holds academic roles within higher education:
Professor in the School of Education’s Teacher Education Program
Ethnic Studies Professor for the University Extension Program
Adjunct Professor in the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership
Her influence extends far beyond the classroom through her work as a featured speaker at renowned education conferences and as a keynote speaker for universities and national organizations.
