Dr. Talisa Sullivan, the visionary behind Transformational Leadership Consulting Services (TLCS), is an equity-centered leadership advocate, globally recognized servant leader, and transformational leadership expert. Since founding TLCS in 2017, Dr. Sullivan has developed transformative solutions for equity-centered leadership and continues to inspire leaders and educators to take meaningful action. Most notably, she is the creator of the Quantum 10 (Q10) Integrated Framework and the organizer of the Q10 Educational International Conference.
Through her work as one of the leading leadership consultants in education, Dr. Sullivan brings a collaborative and transformative approach to developing leaders, strengthening educational environments, and creating opportunities for inclusive success.

Throughout her career, Dr. Sullivan has served as an educator and instructional leader in multiple districts across Southern California, spanning San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties.
